The Vision of International Contact Centre Academy is to be a leading
global and pre-eminent transnational educator. The organization
is endeavoring to be highly regarded for its learning and teaching
excellence, focused research and effective engagement with the global
contact centre community. We will be acknowledged and recognized
by participants, graduates and industry as a leading contact centre
resource centre by delivering high quality, effective programs online.
It will continue to improve learning and increase access through
innovation and the creative use of technology to enhance the overall
learning experience.
Mission Statement:
The Mission of International Contact Centre Academy is to develop,
enrich and serve its regional and global communities through
innovative and relevant seminars online serving the contact
centre industry. ICCA works with all of its stakeholders to
develop
a knowledgeable society enriched through learning, research
and intellectual engagement and social equity.
